Commercial Linen and Dry Cleaning
We run scheduled linen collections for hotels, cafes, clinics and gyms across Brisbane. The truck leaves Rocklea at 4:30 am so your clean linen is back on the shelf before the first guest walks in.
Your linen cupboard is the last thing you should be worrying about
A hotel doesn't have room for twenty spare doonas, and a cafe can't run out of tea towels mid-service. We keep a stock count for each commercial client so that when the truck arrives, you're getting a fixed number of tablecloths, napkins and towels back, not a surprise. Everything is counted at the counter, invoiced per item, and logged against your account.
What the commercial linen service covers
The service is built around scheduled pickups, guaranteed counts and quick turnaround. Here is the breakdown of what each contract includes.
Flat linen pressing
Sheets, tablecloths and napery come back through a roller press that leaves them flat enough to go straight onto the table.
Stain assessment
Wine, oil and lipstick get assessed before washing. If a stain won't lift on the standard cycle, we log it and try a targeted treatment rather than charging you for a replacement.
Towels and napery
Hand towels, bath towels and napkins are bundled in fixed lots, so your team can restock without counting every piece.
Fire and hygiene compliance
Restaurant linen and clinic gowns are washed to a hygiene standard and re-tested against fire-retardant requirements on a quarterly basis.
The truck runs five routes across Brisbane, from Fortitude Valley pubs to Southbank clinics to Redland Bay resorts. Routes are fixed month to month, so you know which day your linen is arriving. If you need a midweek top-up, ring your account manager by 3pm and we can usually fit it onto the next route. All commercial linen is washed in a separate facility bay from the household wash and fold service, so there's no risk of cross-contamination between the two.
- Fixed weekly or bi-weekly routes across Brisbane
- Item-level counting and invoicing on every delivery
- Standby stock held at Rocklea for emergencies
- Fire-retardant certification for restaurant and venue linen
Nine years of keeping Queensland hospitality stocked
We started with one pub in Woolloongabba and its bar towels. Since then we've added hotels, day spas and medical clinics, each with their own handling requirements and their own account manager.
Book a PickupFirst commercial client signed - a pub in Woolloongabba that needed 400 bar towels a week.
Added the roller press and hired the first dedicated commercial route driver.
Took on the first three medical clinic contracts, which added gown and drape handling to the service.
Expanded to five routes covering Brisbane's inner south, bayside and eastern suburbs.

How a commercial contract runs day to day
Every contract gets a fixed route, a named contact and a stock sheet. This is the sequence from the site visit to the weekly delivery.
Site visit and stock count
A Snoravi rep walks your site, counts current linen stock and works out how many pieces you go through in a typical week.
Route and schedule booking
Your name goes onto one of five routes. You get a fixed pickup day and a rough delivery window, usually within a two-hour block.
Collection and tally
The driver counts items on the back of the truck and signs off a tally slip with your duty manager before leaving.
Wash by category
Linen is sorted at Rocklea into flat, terry, napery and medical batches. Each batch runs on its own wash program.
Press, fold and bundle
Flatwork runs through the roller press; towels and napkins are folded and bundled in fixed-lot counts matched to your contract.
Delivery and invoice
Bundles are delivered to the site, checked against the tally slip and entered on your monthly invoice at the agreed per-item rate.
