Colour sorting
Whites, darks and colours go into separate machines so a red sock never turns your work shirts pink.
Fabric-safe detergent
We use a mild detergent that holds up in cool washes, which is easier on elastic, wool blends and anything with a print.
Tumble and air dry
Delicates go on the rack, everything else gets tumble dried at a heat that suits the fabric. No shrinking.
Neat folding
Shirts on hangers, towels flat, underwear and socks rolled. You can put it straight into the drawer.
Our machines run continuously from 6am, which is why we can usually have a standard load ready by the next morning. Heavier items like doonas and bath mats get booked into a separate cycle, because they need more room in the drum and a longer dry. If you drop off before 10am, we can sometimes have you back by closing on the same day. Just ask at the counter.

From basket to drawer in six steps
You can hand over a laundry bag at the counter or book a pickup online. Either way, this is the path your washing takes.
Weigh and tag
We weigh your bag on the counter scale, tag it with a job number and give you a receipt with the weight and price.
Sort by colour and fabric
Whites, darks, colours and delicates are split into separate piles. Anything wool or sheer gets flagged for a cool cycle.
Wash and rinse
Each pile goes into a drum with detergent sized for the load. We run a second rinse on anything that looked heavily soiled.
Dry by fabric type
Tumble dry for cottons, air dry on the rack for delicates and woollens. Bath mats and doonas get their own dry cycle.
Fold and check
Everything is folded flat, checked for stray items in pockets and counted against the item list on your tag.
Text and hold
We text you when the bag is behind the counter. Bags get held for 14 days before we start calling.
