About these terms
These terms apply whenever you leave laundry with Snoravi, book a pickup or delivery, or hold a commercial linen contract with us. Leaving a bag at our counter, whether in person or through a driver, confirms that you accept them.
Snoravi operates from 451 Sherwood Road, Rocklea QLD 4106. If you have a question about these terms, ring 07 3842 9176 or email snoravi@hotmail.com before you drop off.
Drop-off, tickets and collection
Every bag is weighed and tagged with a job number at the counter. The tag lists the weight, the service, the price and the expected collection date. Keep the receipt or the text message we send you: it carries that number.
- Bags should be handed in closed. We are not liable for items that fall out of an open bag in transit.
- Declare anything valuable, delicate or unusual at the counter so we can put it on the correct cycle.
- Please check pockets. Snoravi is not responsible for phones, keys, cards or cash left in clothing, or for damage those items cause to a machine.
- Completed jobs are held for 14 days. After that we ring you, and after 60 days uncollected laundry may be disposed of or sold to recover storage costs.
Pricing and payment
Standard wash and fold is charged by the kilogram at the rate displayed at the counter on the day of drop-off. Express rates, doona rates and commercial rates are quoted separately and confirmed on the job ticket before the wash begins.
Payment is due at collection for household customers. Commercial clients are invoiced monthly at the agreed per-item rate, with payment terms of 14 days from the invoice date. Late commercial invoices may attract an administration charge, which is set out in the contract.
If a job turns out heavier than quoted, we contact you before starting work. We do not add charges after a job is finished without your agreement.
Turnaround times and delays
The standard turnaround is 24 hours for household wash and fold, 48 hours for bulky bedding, and the fixed route day for commercial contracts. Express service is offered where a slot is available and is confirmed in writing at drop-off.
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Machine breakdowns, power outages, severe weather and public holidays can push a job back. If a delay affects you, we will let you know by text or phone as soon as we know, and there is no charge for the extra time.
Damage, loss and liability
We inspect each bag before washing. If an item looks worn, fragile or unsuitable for the cycle, we ring you before we run it. Snoravi's liability for damage caused by our handling is limited to the depreciated value of the item, capped at $200 per item and $1,500 per job.
- We are not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets, faulty zips or existing wear.
- We are not liable for colour loss on items without a care label.
- Any claim must be raised within seven days of collection, with the job number and photos where possible.
- Commercial damage claims follow the item-value schedule in your contract.
Changes, cancelling and governing law
You may cancel a pickup or delivery booking at no cost by ringing us before the driver leaves the depot. Snoravi may update these terms; the version displayed at the counter on the day of drop-off is the one that applies to that job.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
